Throughout the year, IHP confirmed its engagement on multiple fronts, all connected by a common thread: countering the exploitation of horses by addressing its structural causes, not merely responding to emergencies. From institutional advocacy to legal action, from territorial monitoring to animal rescue, IHP operated with continuity and coherence in line with its mission: to defend horses as individuals and to promote lasting cultural and regulatory change.
