Born in 1991, he arrived here in 2009. He was for many years in a riding school, before the Local Health Agency found him positive. He stayed two months more in the same place, until his owner obtained the authorization to move him.
In those two months the owner received many pressure from the other owners and some "suggestion" by the Local Health Agency, so that the horse (perfectly healthy, yesterday and today) could be killed. Not before and not after the positivity Foxy transmitted the equine infectious anaemia to other horses.
