What a unique satisfaction it is, spending the day in hard physical work, in the heart of nature! You get home tired out, but happy. Sharing this experience with special people is fundamental. They may come from different countries and speak different languages, but they have in common a love and respect for the animals, and a love of nature.
I have been struck by the grit and determination of all I met while I was at IHP, the persistence with which they dedicated themselves - whether for a month or a lifetime - to something they believe in, something which is well worth the sweat and the effort.
For all animal lovers, and in particular horse lovers, this experience offers enrichment and gratification. I hope to return very soon.
