They travelled from Scotland to Italy to spend two weeks volunteering at the IHP Rescue Centre for Abused Horses in Montaione, the first of its kind in Italy.

Emma, Emily and Rosie have given us one of the most wonderful experiences anyone in our line of work could hope for: witnessing an inner transformation day by day, which comes about through forming a bond with creatures that do not speak but who reveal far more than any human being. And feeling a deep sense of connection and gratitude. Finally, returning home with a wealth of experiences and emotions.
