Painting and music for IHP
Return to the list
20/12/2012
Type of event: Painting exhibition
Site: Firenze, Ex Chiesa dei Barnabiti - Via Sant’Agostino 23
21-23 December, opening time 11 a.m.-7,30 p.m.
Entrance by donation (suggested offering 5 euro)
This unique show has been made possible thanks to the generosity of two artists close to our association, whose striking talents meet for the first time.
Carlo Romiti
’s paintings express his passion for horses, depicted running free in his canvasses, painted using Tuscan clays that the artist himself collects and grinds, transforming them into splendid natural colors.
In the background,
Andrea Cavallari’
s compositions will accompany visitors throughout the visit. His music is now being played in major European cities and in the United States. He has been for many years artistic director of the Accademia San Felice and has recently launched FLAME - Florence Art Music Ensemble, based at the Bargello Museum.
