Bardo
Return to the list
Bardo is a very nice hinny, coming from a coupling between a male horse and a female donkey (a mule comes from a male donkey and a female horse). He was one of the first confiscated animals to arrive at Filicaja: his owner kept him and other six animals tied in a very small, dirty area, full of rubbish, without enough food and water, with many parasites all over their body. He probably just wanted to sell them at the first good opportunity, maybe to the slaughter. Bardo is simply to be known, with his unique physique and his strong intelligence and curiosity.
